Exchange Send each 15 mn 45 mails

Help, Help and Help again !!!

A user has sent a mail to 45 other users.
OK it works, but it works to much, after 15 minutes the exchange server ( I think it is resposable) sent the 45 mails again to the same users.
Outlook/sent items is empty, queue also and it sends....
No virus present (checked with TrendMicro)

Configuration: Windows 2003 SRV / Exchange 2003

I'm taking a stabb at this... Check the rules on the user in question. They may have a rule in outlook that may be causing the issue. I have seen users create rules in outlook that cause mail loops.

It's not the case, and the problem has disappeared by itself two days later.
Don't ask me why....

This would be the reason. that mail might have been sent to a group having 45 users and the group mail id would have been added in that group itself. so it will send mail again and again.
