Exchange Routing

I have an exchange 2010 server. Used to be a VPN between two sites not both independant. I want to route email for the users on the 2nd site to there exchange server now. How can I do this

site 1 - Ex 2010 (all mail for domain sent here)

site 2 - Ex 2007 - seperate DB needs to accept mail from site 1 over broadband.

So this will be one domain for two servers not in the same exchange organisation?

The users will be split between the servers but with the same @domain.suffix address?
