Hello,
Does anyone know of a tool or toolset that can be used to generate reports on Exchange usage? I need to generate reports concerning user's use time, amounts of use, etc.

Try Crystal Reports from Seagate. I don't know if it works on Exchange 2000. Dan

Try 'Promodag Reports for Exchange' It cost between $500 and $1000 depending on the size of your organisation, gives you 80 different reports, is very easy to configure and can be scheduled to export to html format for viewing on an Intranet.

Works with Exchange 2000 too!
