Exchange relay problem.

Hello,
Recently, my users have been complaining of not being able to recieve email from certain outside companies. I run Groupwise 6, however, the errors I have been getting back at my request from these outside companies are MS Exchange errors. I have checked the configuration of mt email server and everything checks out fine. My users are recieving and sending outside and inside emails just fine. The errors that I have state:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

name@mycompany.com on 11/14/2002 4:18 PM

The recipient name is not recognized
550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for name@mycompany.com

Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks.

hhmm... check to make sure they can resolve your mx record correctly? are the error messages they're getting from their own exchange server? ...if not, it seems like they're trying to relay mail to you via a non-relay exchange server...

Thank you for your response. Yes, the messages they are getting are, indeed, from their own mail server.
