This morning our log file exceeded the capacity of the partition it was on. were in the process of moving it to another hard drive but the process is being exceptionally slow (>100 megs over three hours) our log file is sitting at about 40gigs. Anyone have a suggestion on a faster workaround for this? weve lost email access and contacts for about 30 people who are running around pulling there hair out, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is your log file on a seperate drive or is it on the same drive as the systems files?

How old are those log files?
Try doing a full backup of the Exchange IS, which should flush the logs.
