Andere mappen werken wel goed en zijn zo te zien op een gelijke manier aangemaakt. Ook al zijn anderen gemachtigd en tevens de mailbox aan het account toegevoegd. Lijkt me een rechtenkwestie, maar in de AD staan de rechten goed. Het is op een SBS 2003 Server. Andere gebruikers zijn redacteur. Andere gebruikers kunnen wel bij elkaar, maar die ene gebruiker functioneert niet.
