I've got one supplier that I can't email, anyone give me a clue on how to fix this.

I've altered the server name and the domains to "?".

If it is just 1, then it is most likely they are the problem.
Contact them in another way to perform some test and figure out why they refuse you.

Hi,

Sorted thank you. To do with our Mail Marshall configuration giving remote email servers our internal domain name. It's now giving out the correct information and working a treat!

I too have encountered that issue with MM, with certain domains being queud. How did you resolve?

Check what you're outgoing mail name is? If it's your local name, this needs to be unbound from the outward network card, then, you recipients will get your real domain name and be able to reply back to you.

Our internal name is companyltd.local
Our internet name is company.co.uk

The .local name was being given to all the external mail servers but only 1 server that we send mail to, checks this address and refused us! So we had our consultant "tweak" our MM and it now sends out our internet domain instead of the local one.

If that makes sense?
