exchange NDR report

I want to receive a mail larger than 10M
I didn't set and mail limit restriction.
I find that there a NDR generate in Message tracking center.
But i cannot any report regarding to this mail.
Can any tell where to find the report?

I haver released all the size limits setting for message.
I cannot receiver mail which is around 10M.
I check the NDR, but it just said <failure> and no further information of the failure delivery.
Is there any other way for me to check the failure reason?
 
How can i check the message bounce from which server?
 
Look at the bottom of the bounce message, where the DSN code is (5.7.1, 5.5.0, etc), and it should have the name of the server.

I can only find a entry in message tracking center in the exchange server.
It said "SMTP: Non-Delivered Report (NDR) Generated"
No any error code find.
Also, i didn't find any bounce message to our client.
 
Are you trying to SEND and getting a non-deliverable message, or are you expecting an e-mail that you are not getting. In either case, either you or the sender should be receiving a non-deliverable message in your mailbox. This NDR would have a specific code and error. I think that is what 58sniper is trying to find out. If you could post that exact error, it would help us to find the problem. It may not be related to the size of the e-mail.

By the way, is it necessary to restart the server after changing any message limit
