We recently acquired a company and using 1 person as a trial we moved them over to our Domain and our Exchange 2010 servers. The issue is this user would like a way to see her old company's Global Address list and her old Calendars. How would I go about doing that?

Did you do a cross forest move and is there a trust in place?

There is no AD trust. We have created a tunnel for them to access our servers. We setup conditional forwarders

Not sure what sort of tunnel you have but you will need to allow the ewes end points to talk to each other. A federation trust and org relationship would be the most common way to achieve it.
