Exchange Mailboxes ??

I'm using Arcserve 2000 (advanced adition) on 2k server sp3 and my backups are running great! but, I can't restore individual messages out of my users exchange mailboxes.. I thought you could do that with Arcserve 2000??? I can restore like an entire folder, like the inbox or the sent items, but what the heck?!?! I thought for sure that it was possible to pick and choose between which messages to restore..

Am I missing something??

Sorry, but you can't restore individual emails - only the folder containing the email. At least that's been my experience and I've been running bricks for years.
