Exchange Mailbox forwarding to multiple users

In user properties you can select forwarding to an other mailbox. It looks to me that you can only select one user there. We have a general mailbox and we like to forward this to three other mailboxes. My question how to do this? An other option would be to configure outlook to add a second mail account but this is not allowed under exchange.
Any input is welcome.

Create a distribution group, and forward the email to the distribution group's mailbox
