Exchange licensing question 1

I have one Exchange Enterprise server / license. I want to set up a mirrored site. Do I need an additional license?

With Exchange 2007 you can "live mirror" with CCR which needs an additional licence or "not live mirror" with SCR without the need for a licence.

In 2003 land, you need 2.

If migrating from one box to another on the same domain (both Exchange 2003 Std), is it possible to use the same license key on the new server and then remove the other one later? (we only have one license key)

That's generally acceptable for quick migrations.
