Exchange Informatin store backup error

I get this error that always fails my exchange mailbox backup. The error is "WARNING: "lastname, firstname [alias]?Top of Information Store?Inbox?Subject" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify." In Microsoft and veritais says to appliy sp4 for exchange and i have but still i get the same error. Please help

Hi

You may have a corrupt mailbox or a corrupt mail message. Is it a specific mailbox or does it change? Have you tried disabling anti-virus during backup?

If i Delete the messages then the error goes away for that mailbox, but this one user has over 700 warnings in her mailbox, contacts and all come up corrupt file in the backup. I can't delete all her mail. this started happening after i moved the mailbox from one server to another across a Wan.
