Exchange Error On Brick Level Backup

I'm getting the following error (All of a sudden) on brick level Backups:

Exchange Agent -- (2502) \"Exchange system error\".

I saw an earlier post that the accounts that received that error may have a checkbox checked to indicate that it the account is hidden. In every case that this happened, that checkbox was not checked. Any other possibilities?

Can you check the dbaxchg2.log on the Exchange server for further information??
 
I can't open that file because it's too big. I tried to open it with Word, but couldn't. It's 532,000. Any other recommendations?

stop the BrightStor related services, delete the file, create a new txtfile with the same name and run the backup.
this log shows the brick-level related messages from the client side and might give more of a clue
 
Thanks for the help. I stopped the BrightStor/CA Services, deleted the old file, created a new one and ran the backup...I didn't get any errors last night. Maybe restarting the services did something? Or is it possible that text file was too big?

I'm getting this same error again with mailboxes during a Brick Level Backup. Here is what the dbaxch2.log has in it for each mailbox:
