This is the error the sender gets. Some of our accounts get emails thru and others do not. Any thoughts?

Hi!

My first question is whether the e-mail "jortiz@poconnor.com" really exists.
What is the result when you try to establish a telnet session to the mail server for poconnor.com?
Here is an example:

I have found the problem and a solution. It was our SPAM software. It decided to start sending bounce backs to the sender stating the email address is not found on the domain. However the email would still reach the recipient. Our spam filter was turned to HIGH security. Thanks for the response.
