Can anyone tell me where on the exchange server is the folder that tells you how much e-mail a user has...in MB, or GB. Thanks

Go into Microsoft Excahange Administrator. ( Put a shortcut on your desktop oto this if you don't have it...)
Under servers. Click on the email server AND unser Private Information store you will see Mailbox Resources. I have Exchange 5.5 and it's in k, not sure about Exchange 2000.

Under the organization, under the site, under servers, under the server in question, under private information store, under mailbox resources (all on the left hand navigational window in the MS exchange administrator). if you chose view and columns you can add in more information. The main data you need is total K total Items and total Deleted K. This will tell you how many Kbytes each user has in their box, how many items they have and how much has been deleted and retained.
