Exchange Delay

I am having troubles with outbound Emails getting stuck in the queue. The Emails are getting delayed and reaching their destination up to 10 hours after being sent. I am also getting alot of undeliverables lately. Anyone have some advice on how to remedy this?

I would start with your DNS. try testing it by using smtp connector for 1 single domain based on IP and see how the delivery is to that domain.

I agree, this definately sounds like a DNS issue.

I downloaded the SMTPdiag but it won't run. It pops up a CMD prompt box for a split second but thats all. ??

cd into folder where you have extracted it.
easiest would be on root of C
C:\> smtpdiag.exe
