Exchange Backups

I am using Computer Associates Arcserve version 6.61 to backup my Exchange server and it hangs on the Bricks Level portion of the backup everyday. It does seem to be the same mailbox but there is nothing special about that mailbox. <br><br>Can anyone offer any advice?

Does it present any errors, in the arcserve log or the system/app log?&nbsp;&nbsp;I would go into the brick level area and select all but the problematic mailbox and see if it can complete.

Hi<br><br>Does this address book have an offline address book associated with it, because with Backup Exec, that causes problems.<br><br>Bobb
