Exchange backup using NTBACKUP

I am currently using NTBACKUP that ships with windows server 2003 to backup my Exchange Server 2003 Standard server. I use a Normal backup each week for a full online backup and a Differential backup on a daily basis. My problem is that when I schedule the Normal(full) backup to run each week, it doesnt run. If I connected to my Exchange server via remote desktop, an manualy run a Normal backup it runs fine. Its the scheduled Normal backup that doesnt execute on schedule. The sheduled differential backups that I run on a daily basis execute fine. Why arent my scheduled Normal backups executing?

have you tried to reschedule the full back up. also make sure your using the right account to schedule it.

Yes I have deleted the original schedule and rescheduled a new one with the correct admin credentials.
