Exchange Backup Error

Im getting an error every night when attempting to backup Exchange 2003 using Veritas Backup Exec. The error message is as follows:

Unable to attach to \\XX-SERVER\Microsoft Exchange Public Folders.
V-79-57344-33932 - Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again.

I searched through thier help files but did not find anything that would fix this problem.

Any ideas?

What version for BEWS are you using? Are attempting to just backup the PFs or are you doing the whole Information Store (like you should)?

Check the rights on public folder.
The backup agent must have the right to access what it's gonna backup.
