Exchange attatchments

We just converted or email from groupwise to outlook, We have a problem with our remote locations opening attatchments. Each remote facility connects to us through our frame relay network with tme minimum site being a 256k connection. Users tell us it takes about 2 to 3 minutes to open an attatchment. Any ideas? We have the server located here at corporate.

Have you thought about setting up your remote clients with offline folders?

Basically this will copy the e-mails to the local computer along with any attachments. It is setup much like personal file folders with the exception that you do not get 2 sets of folders.

You could also setup the remote users to use Personal folders. This would permanently sstore eveything on their local hard drives.
