hey guys i just upgraded to SP3 for arcserv 11.5 - and im getting an error when i try to open the Exchange Agent Configuration - i get a popup box that in the title bar says 'DBAconfig' and the message says "Cannot get a valid product subtype"..and my only option is to press OK - have any of you guys experienced this before? or do i have to reinstall the agent?
