Exchange Add Ins Don't Work

Hello,
We have recently installed AAM 6.3. We are beta testing before we roll it out to everyone. We are using an Exchange (2010) store. The issue I am having is the only two features that work on the "add ins" is play on PC, and user preferences. The others , play on phone, voice reply, etc don't work. No errors , no nothing. Can anyone give me any pointers, or places to look. Thank you in advance.

We are using CM 6.2 and Exchange 2013 - play on phone was working and then it suddenly stopped about the time we started having some issues with our Session Manager certs. Currently Avaya is reviewing the traces because we get a JAVA error from Session Manager. Will post an update soonest.
 
Did you get a solution from Avaya?
 
Disable the popup blocker in IE, you will get the screen with the instruction when you click on the other buttons.
