i had set up on my previous install of exchange (v 5.5) that admin had all users mail folders accessible
i could not find how to do that on w2k server?
any ideas?

Are you using exchange 5.5 or exchange 2000? or are you running 5.5. on a win2k box. if it is the second, still the same you just copy server tools to your desktop, if it is the first, I believe you need to make sure the admin has rights to the mailboxes which is active directory, action/advanced view/then go into each of the users profiles and meke your changes.
