Exchange 5.5/win2000 online backup - what to backup?

What do I want to select and what options do I want to select for the "options" section? I keep getting failures. I have for what to select the following:

c:
d:
registry
system state
microsoft exchange server
microsoft exchange server - brick level
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
What is failing?
What are the error messages?
What version of ARCserve?

Actually I'm getting a failure logging into the agent. It is arcserve 9. I cannot log into the exchange agent.

Actually I'm getting an 8604. Backup agent error.
