Hey to all!

Is there a simple process of script I can run that will tell me what the mailbox sizes for all my users that reside on Exchange 5.5 would be? perhaps something that can give me what their available space currently is?

If I have over 300 or so users it is cumbersome to comb thru all this manually. Any help would be greatly appreciated

thank you
Geranimo

The real size of mailboxes is held not in the directory, but in the mailstore, so coding it is a real pain.

A compromise solution is to use Admin to Export the info - display the Private Information Store - Mailbox Resources window, then click somewhere in the right-hand pane, then select Save Window Contents from the File menu. This will allow you to save a CSV file, which you can load into Excel to further sort, process etc etc. Note that there are also additional columns available in the Mailbox Resources view, in Admin use the Columns option on the View menu.
