Exchange 5.5 Resore

We had our NT4 Server Crash. I was able to recover all the data and reinstall NT4. When I reinstalled Exchange 5.5 is when I started to have the problems. I was able to get Exchange 5.5 Running again but when ever I try to replace the existing database with the original I am not able to remount the stores. Any Advice they I can get would be vary useful. Thanks in advance.

Did you install the exchange services with the same administrator username and password? You most likely need to patch the database after the restore by running isinteg -patch from the exchsvr\bin directory and then run the inconsistancy ajuster once the IS has started
