Exchange 5.5 InfoStore Restore Failure no full backup.

I have a difficulty with a restoration of the Information Store for an Exchange 5.5 server.

My backup server is Windows 2000 service pack 3.
Running Legato Networker version 6.1.3 build 428,
Legato Networker User for Exchange Module 2.06, and
Exchange 5.5 service pack 4.

I have DLT IV Legato backup tapes from a customer. I ran
successfull "scanner -i" to recover media and client index
info about the contents of the backup tapes.

The indexes indicate there is two "MSEXCH:" full backups of
the exchange backup client on the backup tapes.

I am running directed recovery to recover the Info Store
on my Windows server.

The recovery fails with error "Full backup not found, can not recover without full backup".

I believe the "MSEXCH:" backups on the tapes I scanned are
Full backups. Can someone help me.

I found a solution to my difficulty. Our customer told us
the backup to recover was from an exchange 5.5 server. That
was incorrect. The backup they sent us is Exchange 2000 or 2003. We are using the wrong version of the Legato Networker User for Exchange module. Our recovery server is
running exchange 5.5. We need to make several changes to
create the correct environment to complete this recovery.
