exchange 5.5 at win2kserver

hello...

i want to ask something..
now i use win2k server for my email server
but i still use exchange 5.5 to my email.
so i want to know that exchange 5.5 is good running at win2k server or i can to change to exchange 2k
and what the better exchange 2k with exchange 5.5

You can quite happly run Exchange 5.5 on a Win2k server, but if you run it on a Win2k server with ADS install you need to change the default LDAP port from 389 to 390 and restart Exchnage services. This is because ADS uses port 389.

The major benifit of Exchange 2000 is that you can have multiple Information stores, so if on information goes down a smaller number of users will be affected. You can mount and dismount stores independently of each other.
