Has anyone come across any of these error before??

20020328 004046 282 E8608 Failed to enumerate databases. (EC=Backup Agent Error -- (355) "Exchange Server Error. HrESEBackupPrepare failed. Check Backup Agent Activity Log".)

E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=Individual Mailboxes\#name was here#\Journal, EC=EXCH Exchange Agent -- (418) "Application run out of memory".)

Apply Arcserve2000 sp3 then QO13760. This should help!

install Sp4 - 30MB download available on CA's website - it fixed the E8608 error for us!
