I have been told to set up multiple user profiles on one of our managers.
We do not want to give her the passwords, so when I set up the profiles,
I told each one to "remember" the password.
The problem is that each time you switch to a different profile you have to re-enter the credentials.
Is there a way to set up these multiple profiles without her having to enter the password? We use Exchange 2003 with SP2 and the is using Win XP with Outlook 2003. It will still ask for the password when you go into the same user profile as the window user login and password. Any help would be appreciated.

Huh?
You give someone a profile for a mailbox, but you do not provide them with the password for it?
I don't even need to know why you would do such a thing, because if she would always be able to login just like that, you have one big security risk!

The point is she has to type the password and user name many of times when switch between 5 profiles. It doe not save the info even if you check the box.
Would there be a way around this?

It does save them, but every time she logges of, it gets removed.
So, she shoud not logout of Outlook.

Or, why not join the profiles into 1?

No it will not make a difference it asks for the password on all profiles but is there a way to have 3 differnt Exchange mailboxes to one Outlook profile and authenicate under a different domain. It authenicates fine with the 3 diffrent profiles but not with one profile. If there is a way can you explain how to do it?

Thanks

No, but you never mentioned different domains before.
Well, you could still make 2 profiles? One with 3 and one with 2? Or something.

Or, set the mailboxes to group all main into one account.

Or, just give her the passwords, like everyone else.
