Exchange 2003 standard to Enterprise

Hello.

Does anybody know of any precautions which I need to take before installing enterprise 2003 edition over 2003 standard edition, bar backing up the relevant databases etc.

~Reason for backing up is we have reached the 16 Gb database limit, I have also done the registry hack to allow another 1 GB for an hour but the users used the free space up, before we had even a chance to remove mail from the server.

After you back up the server, you run setup of Ent. from the cd. A copy on any local drive won't work, it has to be from the cd. Select re-install and let it run.

You can check if you are running Ent. from Exchange System Manager (click on Servers).
