Exchange 2003 Public Folder Query 1

Hi,

I've searched the forums but can't find my exact problem.

I've setup a public folder and mail enabled it. When I send a mail from our network, it works no problem.

The issue is that when I send a mail from outside our organisation, the message appears in the publoc folder as a post, rather than as an e-mail.

I've found posts highlighting this in Exchange 2000, but not 2003.

Any tips would be appreciated.
