Have three people using the Redirector (Verizon Wireless Service) to access their Exchange 2003 mail boxes. Our IT security settings were "tweaked" after a Symantec Anti-Virus upgrade to version 9.0 and I've got sync issues I can't resolve.
One of the users seems OK but the other two are finding that when they delete emails from their Blackberry's and then sync and reconcile the deleted emails are still showing in their email (forcing them to go back over emails they had already sorted through once before).
I suspect the issue is in our Exchange Server settings but I haven't been able to come up with any differences when comparing everything from profiles to desktop Redirector settings.
Any help greatly appreciated!!
