I've been brought in here to migrate this company to Exch2003 from Exch5.5, due to the size of the database on the Exch5.5 Server. This is even though I had no Exch experience until doing this migration. I believe I am all set to decomission the Exch5.5 server, and would like some input as to my readiness

Previous Environment
NT 4 Domain and a single site, single Exch5.5 Server
Blackberry BES installed on that Exch5.5 Server

Current Environment
Mixed NT4 Domain and Active Directory Domain (Windows 2003 in domain and forest in Windows 2000 native mode)
2 way Domain Trust set up and working correctly
Windows 2000 Server with Exch5.5 and BES
Windows Server 2003 with Exch2003 (of course set to co-exist w/Exch5.5)

Steps done so far
Migrated all users to Active Directory (w/Sids and Pwords (very lax security here))
Exch ADC installed, configured, and working correctly
Exch2003 Internet Mail SMTP Connector installed, configured, and working correctly
Site Recipient Policy set to accept mail for all SMTP domains (have .com and .co.uk to deal with here)
Migrated all mailboxes with the exception of the Blackberry users to the new Exch2003 Server
Migrated all system and public folders (have some permission issues due to users still logging in through the NT domain; however, that's easily resolved).
Domain MX record set to new Exch2003 IP

Am I missing something? All seems to be working fine; however, I just want to verify. I started reading about decomissioning the Exch5.5 server and converting to Exch2003 Native Mode. Deleting all Directory Replication Connectors has me a little concerned here, I go in to ESM>Tools>Site Replication Services - I then click on View in the menu bar and choose "Directory Replication Connector View"; however, then nothing shows. Is this due to only having the one site and server? I have the Site Replication Service connector though.

Thanks
