Exchange 2003 Enterprise Internal error

Hi, we recently upgraded our exchange server from standard to enterprise edition and now we're getting errors when we try to backup our database store. We get the following error in the xbsa.messages file but it doesn't tell me much.

First restart the Networker Backup service, and then retry the save.
I remember an old bug in Networker 7.1.2 for this message:
"Unable to extract resource info for client"
Consider upgrade to 7.1.4 or above

That error message almost always indicates some form of (mild) corruption or cached info that is no longer valid. In 99% of the cases i have solved this by

1) Stopping the NetWorker services
2) Deleting the contents of the ..\nsr\tmp folder
3) Starting the services again

You might need to do this on both the server and the client,
but start with the backupserver first.
