We have Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 SP2 setup and have just bought an HP IPaq 514 running Windows Mobile 6 and we are trying to get the direct push working.
We have been able to connect to our exchange server from the device but it never brings down any email, contacts etc.
When you run a sync it comes up synchronising folders, then goes to Email 0/84 (recognising how many messages it needs to bring down) then goes up to 84/84. Does the same for the tasks, contacts etc.
Then says completed but no email, contacts etc have been brought down to the phone.
Has anyone else experienced this?
