Exchange 2003 backup help!!

hi guys,

In my office we have Exchange 2003 running and we have BE v9.0(4454 build w/hot fix). How come I dont see the Information store? I see all other individual mail box. I dont want use brick level backup. Any experinece this issues?

Check the Exchange Agent license.
C:\winnt or c:\windows bessnum.xml
Does it say Exchange Agent or Exchange 2000 Agent?

Oh shoot, I have the wrong agent. Silly me :)
