Exchange 2000 on Win2k3 Member Server

Here is my plan:
I have an old server running windows 2000 server and exchange 5.5 sp4. I now have a new server and would like to put Windows 2003 server and Exchange 2000 on it. This server will NOT be running AD. The reason why I want to use Windows 2003 is because I am planning on upgrading Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003. My question is, what kind of issues am I going to run into with Exchange 2000 on Windows 2003?

The main issue you run into is E2k is not supported on W2k3. I think that is stated in Exch 2k3 white papers. You need to upgrade on E2k3 first.
