is there a way to make incoming emails of a user on exchange server to go to another box (or folder). I don't want emails to go the inbox.

I think you can choose to go to a Public Folder or a Personal Folder as well....

you actually do it through the Outlook client. Go to Tools, Services, Delivery, and choose what location you want at the top. You'll need to add a personal folder to the user's profile to get that delivery option in the drop-down list.

I'm sorry, this may be a stupid question. I added a personal folder with the same level of inbox. Is that what you mean by adding a personal folder to the user's profile?

i didn't get the delivery option in the drop-down list.

Thanks again Brontosaurus

Does anyone know how to do it on the server side? for example. I have a new folder named "inbox2" same level with inbox. I want to have incoming emails going to inbox2 only.

Thanks
