JFYI You can only block 850 names with the exchange 2000 filter. After that exchange will not let you add onto the list and then you would have to purchase a 3rd party product to prevent more blocking.
I found an Outlook addin from Cloudmark called SpamNet. I'm testing it on one machine now and and have found that it has caught most of the SPAM sent my way. It's a client side solution but so far it seems to work quite well. Find the download here:
