NT2000/Exchange 2000 clients WinXPpro, Outlook 2000
Have a user who sent an email to a correct address the generated no error, and the recipient SWEARS they didnt receive it. Email was subsequently sent successfully.
How can you check in this situation, what the possible probem might be? User is concerned about the possiblity of non-received email problems, resort to fax?
