Exchange 03 error message

We are migrating from Novell Groupwise to MS Exchange and I am having problems opening up the Mail client.

In our environment we are running citrix metaframe XP that had the groupwise client on it. When I took groupwise off, I get this message "Unable to open your default email folders. An unexpected error has occurred MAPI was unable to load the information service gwmsp1.dll. Be sure the service is correctly configured."

I have tried searching google with little luck. I tried running the GW cleanup tool on one server and I also tried uninstalling office and reinstalling on another server, neither of them worked.

Any ideas?

This is in Dutch but anyway.

In short: go to Control Panel -> E-mail -> Show Profiles and delete the Novell default if it is there.

After that you can configure Outlook
