Exchagne 2003

when a user creates a distribution list from outlook 2003 and then tries to open it, they recieve the error below:

"Can't open this item. There is not enough memory available on the Microsoft Exchange Server computer to perform the operation. Contact your system administrator."

Any help on this would be appreciated, I beleive the DL is too big but is there a way to change the allowed size or get the DL working?

Thanks, I seen this article also but my user created the distribution list within the outlook client and I thought there may be something else going on or another fix. It looks as though this fix from MS will more or less sync the client with web access so one cannot create a larger DL than the other.
