Exch 5.5 with BExec 8.6 w/exch agent. mailbox backup problem 1

We brick thousands of users with no problems. However, on just of few of the mailboxes i receive this error message. The job log reports: WARNING: "i.e.smith, joe" Top of Information Store?inboxDelivery Notificationelivery has failed" is a corrupt file. This file cannot verify.

This message is corrupt..
You can ask to your user to remove this message, or to move it to a local .pst file.

What version of BE are you using? Also, what is the revision or build. Examople, you get ver 8.6 rev 3808 or 3878
