Hi, Exchange 2003 is installed, but why are there no exchnge attributes in AD Users and Groups?

Kind Regards

Andy

You need to install the admin tools and use that version of ADUC to see them.

Thanks, can you explain how I do that please?

Sorry for the newbie questions, but I appreciate your help on this.

Andy

put the exchange CD in your XP workstation, run setup, and choose the option to only install the tools. After the install, the version with the exchange extensions will be in the Microsoft Exchange folder under All Programs on the start menu.

Ok, should the extensions be in ADUC on the exchange server itself? The Exchange server is also the DC.

Thanks

Andy

IN aduc. When you install the tools, you see an MS Exchange program group on the start menu. Inside that group is a shortcut to the extended version of ADUC titled "Active Directory Users and Computers"
