We are planning Exchange 2003 for a small 2 site company.

They have a 512Mbps link between the sites.

The 2 Windows 2003 servers will be configured as one AD Domain.

What edition of Exchange 2003 is required (Standard or Enterprise)

Will routing and operation of one Internet Domain run across the 2 Exchange
Servers using the Standard edition?

Thanks Lex

The question of running Standard or Enterprise is mainly based upon how many users will be on the server. Standard is limited to one 16GB database for user name. Enterprise can have up to 20 16TB databases. Since you said it was a small company you can probably save money and use Standard.

You willl have no problems running the one Internet domain between sites.
