Hi there,

I have created an Excel .xls file. When I try to run it it opens up four times. I can see this from the windows menu at the top of the screen, showing four open windows, named:
name.xls:1
name.xls:2
name.xls:3
name.xls:4
These entries are also visible in in the Excel Icon in the bar at the bottom of the screen. The Excel.exe is only started once, so all 4 instances run in the same Excel container. I have no idea what is going on. The .xls file consists of one single sheet, it contains macro's but when I disable the macro's the problem is not solved. It runs on a server, but runnning it from a local map also does not solve the problem.

Does anybody have an idea of what is going on here? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

When it was saved it was saved with multiple windows open.

Close three of the windows. Save.
