Hi, i'm having a problem converting an excel spreadsheet with 3 columns of numbers to dbase. I save the file in the dbase format...how do I get the dbase system to read the file in. i assume each column's header should correspond to an existing table in dbase. Any help is much appreciated.

Save thge Excel file as .DBF format. Although not entirely necessary, it's best to put a name at the top of each column - this will be the name of the field in the DBF file (make sure that the name is no more than 10 characters and begins with a letter). dBase should then be able to read the file directly as a DBF file.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
