Excel: Title row to stay on top always

In excel, I want the first row (title) to stay in position all the time even when I page down through the spreadsheet.

Can someone explain how it is done. Thanks

Supply your version whenever asking a question, Rello, k?

Select all the cells that you'd like to see become *one*.

Hit Format-Cells-Alignment, Merge cells.

Or hit the button on your toolbar that looks kinda like
